=== Early life ===
Professor Edward Skissue VI was born in 1961 as the son of [[Professor Edward Skissue V]]. The first 38 years of his life passed without too many issues, as despite being related to a Professor Skissue, he would only start receiving many Skissues once the title was passed to him.

=== Becoming Professor Skissue ===
The title of Professor Skissue was to be passed to him while his father was still alive, on the 29th of December, 1999. Such an event has never been recorded to happen. Unfortunately, he did not receive the letter confirming this until a few hours after he should have, and in this intermediate time, his father was mysteriously sucked into a well, breaking his neck and dying as he hit the bottom.

=== Beginnings of his career ===
The first couple of his years as Professor Skissue were mostly uneventful, and limited to dealing with relatively small Skissues such as putting something down only to lose it shortly afterwards.

=== Involvement in the September 11, 2001 attacks ===
On the day of the 11th of September, 2001, Professor Edward Skissue VI was in a used car dealership, reading through the paperwork to purchase a used pink [[Volvo 240]] estate. As he was reading through the contract's fine print, his focus was temporarily not on preventing Skissues, and shortly afterwards, [[9/11|Thomas the Tank Engine impacted the World Trade Center]]. This is widely accepted to be the worst occurrence caused under his tenure as Professor Skissue, however it is not regarded to be as bad as what Professor Skissue IV is theorised to have been responsible for.
