The Twitch Freeze Incident was probably either a connectivity or an encoding issue affecting one of Okayxairen's streams, specifically "HIGHERVISION: F*CKHELL EDITION 2" on Twitch.
It is suspected that this may have been caused by the multi-stream plugin, seeing as a network, OBS and even a computer restart couldn't resolve this issue, and it did not affect the YouTube stream.
