Helen Neal (born Mabel Rebecca Elizabeth Holloway; 5 September 1893 - 26 October 1973) was a British born actress and author who starred in some of the most popular British plays and shows of the early 20th century, including George Tarman's Major Susan, J. B. Grafter's The Royley Inheritance, Hanley Jerman's Diana of Manchester, and Danial Briggs' The Constables Bequest. Later in life, Neal stared in early British TV shows like Dr. Quiz and My Boy, Tommy on a contract with BBH.

Neal was is also known for writing several books throughout her life, with it being believed writing saved her from poverty multiple times.
