Toby Fox is a being best known for that time he was covered in foam. He has been known to request the photograph of him covered in foam to be the main photograph used to represent him, as he is commonly found covered in foam. Not much is knowon about this being other than hte has been covered in foam. Perhaps he is made entirely of foam! ^{[Citation needed]}

He is able to harness the power of foam to destroy his enemies vby replacing them with a pile of fdoam. Ow
